The licence
Dot Matrix Dodger is licensed, not sold. On the Apple App Store, use is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA); no custom EULA replaces it. On Google Play, use is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

What the app does
Dot Matrix Dodger is a game. It is free to play, supported by advertising. The free version requires an internet connection so that advertising can be delivered.
The Premium Unlock
- It is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel.
- The price shown at the point of purchase, in your local currency, is the price you pay. €1.99 is the reference price; the store determines the local equivalent.
- It grants, permanently and for the account that bought it: removal of all advertising, and play with no internet connection.
- It is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to a device. Restore purchase in Settings brings it to any device signed into the same account.

Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us — we have no ability to issue one.

Advertising
