Dot Matrix Containment Support
Email marcos@marcosbarbero.com. It reaches one person, and that person wrote the game.
Before you write, the quick answers
“It says I need an internet connection.” The free version does — that is how the ads that pay for it are delivered. The Premium Unlock removes both the ads and the requirement.
“This level looks impossible.” Every shipped level has a winning line that is replayed and verified before release, so one exists. Walls are permanent and the front never moves diagonally — most levels that feel impossible are a corner that wanted a wall two turns earlier.
“I paid, and it is asking me to pay again.” It should never do that. Open Settings → Remove ads & play offline → Restore purchase while connected. If it still asks, write to me with the store you bought from and the approximate date, and I will look.
“I paid, and it says it cannot reach the store.” That is the expected message when the store cannot be checked — the game keeps working. Reconnect and it resolves itself.
“Can I move my progress to a new phone?” Not yet. Progress is stored on your device. A full device backup and transfer carries it, but there is no live sync between devices at present.
“The game is in the wrong language.” Settings → Language — it lists every language in its own name, and “System” follows the device.
Reporting a bug
Useful to include, if you can:
- Device and OS version.
- The level number, and what the board looked like.
- What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- Whether it happens every time.
Refunds
Refunds go through the store, not through me — see Terms of Use. Do tell me what went wrong as well, though; a refund on its own tells me nothing.
Response time
Usually within a couple of days. This is not a company; it is one developer with a day job.
